Return / Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the purchase date. The refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

• - All returned products must be in new and unused condition
• - Iincludes all accessories, packaging, etc
• - Purchases cannot be returned without a receipt
• - All underwear is final sale and can not be returned.

How to Return/Exchange

Please print and fill out the following return/exchange form , and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for your return or exchange.If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form as well.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except for defective or damaged items.

Step 1

Place the completed return/exchange form and your item(s) in their original box(s). In order to avoid damaging the original box(s) of the footwear please do not attach any labels or duct tape directly on the box(s). Instead, please place the box(s) in a secure package removing or covering any labels. Or, if you don’t have a package, please wrap the footwear box(s) in a paper, before attaching any labels on it (them).

Step 2

Please send your package, including your return/exchange form to the address below. We advise you to send it via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Please note that

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
• Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
